Pam has over forty-five years of experience in the field of education both in traditional and Montessori classrooms. She has a B.S. degree in Secondary Education, Master’s level work in Montessori education, certifications in the Montessori Method at the Primary, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary and Middle School levels. She has also run Montessori teacher training centers and lectured at local colleges. She is a speaker at national Montessori conferences and has written articles for Montessori magazines.
Heather joined Westwood in 1993 from her directorship position at the YMCA. She holds a bachelor’s from Texas Christian University and is a certified Montessori Guide. Heather has conducted training workshops for the International Baccalaureate around the country and has been on authorization teams for schools seeking the IB World School authorization. She has participated as a team member for AdvancEd (SACS), assisting local schools seeking to receive initial or renewal accreditation.
Lesa is a partner at Pearson Adair. She has over thirty years of experience in the energy sector holding engineering, operations management, and marketing/risk management positions in the industry. She currently consults on technical and commercial issues for clients with interests in the energy sector. Lesa holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the Cox School at Southern Methodist University. Ms. Adair also serves as a Alternate Director on the board for the Advancial Federal Credit Union which provides financial services to over 85,000 members from branches located in five states and online access worldwide. She is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and Oklahoma, and a certified mediator in Texas.
Susan is a local attorney who focuses her practice on family law. She has worked in the Dallas area for several years and owns her own law firm, the Law Office of Susan E. Duesler. She attended private schools during her elementary and high school years in Beaumont, Texas. Susan went to Rhodes College for her undergraduate degree and graduated from Baylor University Law School.
